Carlos is a dynamic and people-oriented engineer whose primary focus is to engage with his peers and help his team achieve its goals.

As a diligent, methodical, and meticulous professional, he excels with regular feedback in creative and collaborative working environments that promote and support idea exchange, actively contributing to his continuous improvement approach.

Carlos began as a Field Engineer in the Networking area, which presented an opportunity to expand his management skills, further orienting his career towards a Team Leader position in the Engineering team. Its mission was to design, implement and deliver IT solutions of excellence to its customers.

After acquiring a certification in Project Management and managing several IT projects in Public Administration, Industry, Energy, and Telecommunications, Carlos led a near-shore operations centre with more than 100 people, providing services to National and International customers in various technological fields.

Currently, he's leading a business unit, setting guidelines for the future business strategy, delivering financial results defined by his management decisions, and adding value for the customers.
