Leandro is a results-driven professional who believes in the power of teamwork.

He worked alongside his teams during his many years leading people, understanding their most profound needs, and maximizing their potential. His continuous enthusiastic and empathic approach has played an essential role in assisting people to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Leandro worked in Santander Bank for the first five years of his extensive and influential career. He began as an intern while doing his bachelor's, which he believes was a tremendous opportunity to learn about the financial industry. During this time, Leandro swiftly optimized his time management and communication skills, which earned him three different promotions to Cashier, Operation Supervisor, and Account Manager.

In 2012, He decided to venture into Itau Bank as a Business Manager allowing him to experience working with new companies and boosting his negotiation skills, which brought him a more robust holistic business perception. Later on, and fuelled by a strong desire to manage teams, Leandro enrolled in a Human Resources post-graduation.

After three years, he decided to move on to another company as Business Consultant, reinforcing his skills even further to become General Manager soon after, leading three different teams and helping dozens of people to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

In 2021, Leandro came to this MBA to formulate his next career step and is looking for international experience and an executive role.
