Jacob is a dedicated and hard-working manager with a strong drive for innovation in service and education who engages teams to build a productive and ambitious environment for efficiency and sustainability. 

His professional career began in the service industry as an entry-level worker while simultaneously studying to acquire his education degree, building his resilience along the way and seizing the value of hard work. 

Jacob quickly got a promotion to Assistant Manager and eventually night-time manager due to his great dedication to investing in his skills development.

After graduation, he left the service industry to pursue his education career as an ex-pat English teacher in the Middle East. Due to his profound understanding of linguistics and strong leadership skills, Jacob received a promotion to the English HOD and later as the Academic Quality Coordinator, managing all academic departments in the middle school section.

As a result-orientated and committed manager, he decided to enroll in the International MBA to develop his management skills even further.
