GROWING MARKET PRESENCE WHILE MAXIMIZING REVENUE AND FINANCIAL OUTCOMES

Uladzislau has an extensive background focused on optimizing financial performance for the most cost-efficient project delivery in commercially demanding environments.

With over 15 years of experience in different areas and markets, Uladzislau has proven his prowess while working alongside senior management and board-level executives. Moreover, he permanently self-educates (34 courses during the last three years from the universities of Columbia, Illinois, Melbourne, and Pennsylvania) and experiments with new practices to implement the latest solutions in the industry.

Uladzislau was born in Belarus and grew up in its capital – Minsk and successfully graduated from the best university in the country – BSU. Over the years, he started a small venture with a couple of friends, growing for a couple of years and launching several start-ups in land and geotechnical surveying, design works, waste management, and logistics.

He later decided to embark on a new and enriched international experience, joining the multinational Mota-Engil's office in Minsk. His local market extensive knowledge and problem-solving skills were critical, allowing the company to take its first steps in bidding for one of the county's highways rehabilitations.

Uladzislau then joined Mota-Engil Rwanda's construction team to develop the new Bugesera International Airport becoming the Financial and Administrative Controller, effectively responsible for all the finance processes related to the concessionaire. His responsibilities were broader than pure finance control and covered almost all the project development activities with client-focused results.

After successfully finishing the Rwanda project, Uladzislau moved to Nigeria as the Financial Director.
