Germano is an entrepreneur at heart, dedicated to problem-solving and asking the right questions to find solutions to technical problems.
With a Master's degree in Architecture, he has built a particular interest over the years, in analytic situation analysis and embracing new projects. Germano also has a few business endeavors up his sleeve that he invested in throughout his career.
Since 2005 connected to the real estate industry, project managing and construction, this is where he feels most comfortable contributing with his expertise acquired in multiple scenarios and different experiences.
In 2019 Germano decided to follow his passion for sustainable projects and became a founding partner at INOVEM, a business that develops and implements electric mobility solutions.
His mission is to propel his companies to challenge the future and develop new projects that aim for future technology changes.
