Skilled in business process improvement and performance excellence, Catarina has led several projects which involved organizational restructuring, operating model design, customer experience, decision-making models, change management, and sustainability.

Currently, Catarina is setting up the Advisory Risk Management team, whose primary purpose is to provide trusted advisor risk and quality advice to the client-facing teams.

With a strong track record of managing multidisciplinary teams in complex and fast-growing environments, Catarina believes effective teamwork is key to growth and success.
