Throughout his career, Paulo also developed business plans and feasibility studies for existing micro, small, and medium enterprises that operate in different sectors, from furniture to crafts, with planned expansion operations and start-ups looking to launch their products as well as microfinance institutions

While working with young entrepreneurs, Paulo's vast business scope enabled the development of business plans in internet service, hospitalities, and auto-maintenance & repair. Paulo also supervised their access to finance processes as additional support to these entrepreneurs.

Moreover, he managed multiple quantitative and qualitative research projects for impact assessment, financial product design, and strategic planning projects. Paulo also oversaw a nationwide survey for microfinance product development, resulting in optimized outputs.
