ENERGETIC AND STORYTELLER ENTREPRENEUR

With a background in large scale projects of Civil Engineering (design and on-site), Moisés had in the last five years a strong international experience, being a Site Engineering Manager in Angola and Kenya. There, he led teams and collaborated with different parties involved in the projects while managing specific technical issues. During that time, he also elaborated technical and financial proposals, created content for digital communication channels and was involved in the on-board process of new employees.

Before Moisés' professional career in Engineering, and while pursuing his degree, he worked several part-time jobs in customer service and operations, which sowed in him the entrepreneurship mind-set and the importance of the relationship with customers. Moisés discovered his incredible ability to know how to deal with different people and personalities.

His enthusiasm and energy forces him to research, study and think constantly to find ground-breaking ways to boost innovation.

When Moisés does not have his Engineer/Entrepreneur cloak on, he's traveling around the world (sometimes on his own), doing sports, reading his encyclopedias and world history books, listening to music, and socializing.
