While collaborating with the Weizmann Institute of Science (WIS) in Israel, Natalia worked with multicultural team of 28 individuals in various research projects while teaming with several international external groups in Australia, the UK, the US, Denmark, and Portugal, including pharmaceutical companies, clinical and diagnostic laboratories, and biobanks.
At the University of Zurich in Switzerland, Natalia was a vital collaborator responsible for communicating effectively with all stakeholders involved in the projects. Her project management skills were essential for planning and developing research methods and techniques within the framework, using her creative mindset and analytical problem-solving skills to design new research ideas and funding proposals.
In 2020, Natalia became the Study Director at LabCorp, a CRO company in the UK, responsible for project management, leading and coordinating all aspects of all pharmaceutical companies' client studies while working collaboratively across cross-functional teams. Furthermore, she led a group of six Laboratory Technicians while providing strategic business support to the head of the department and was involved in the department's budgeting management and cost control.
While working directly with customers, Natalia enhanced her extensive skills, especially regarding deadlines, and has developed a positive approach to dealing with problems. Quite often, she can anticipate when a problem might arise and use her experience to overcome them. She is currently doing this international MBA to enhance her leadership, strategic management, decision-making, and business development skills.
