MANAGING WITH AMBIGUITY AND CREATING VALUE WITH REDUCED RESOURCES
Trust and integrity were principles that nourished Pedro's successful career growth. Owner of a powerful rhythm, he's detailed-oriented and committed to leading by example.
His primary focus has been to build and inspire successful teams that deliver solid and consistent results year after year. Pedro has overcome the proposed challenges with a data-driven and hands-on approach, making balanced and correct decisions in high-pressure moments. In his early career years, Pedro focused on business period, knowledge, and team management with a short and medium-term strategy, making several assessments for BMW PT and Grupo Salvador Caetano.
Being unexpectedly invited to manage new projects throughout Pedro's career brought him the confidence to do even better and build a sense of compromise with those who trusted him. In 2018, Pedro received an invitation to be a brand ambassador for BMW PT, and in the last three projects in Baviera/BMW, he recovered from the bad results of the dealerships and doubled all projects' sales and revenue in just two years.
While working at Caetano Baviera | BMW, Pedro worked in six dealerships in different cities, created several teams, implemented the KAIZEN approach for five years, and was the leader of several projects in the sector, while also training some new employees who currently have leadership roles.
In the current project at Nasamotor – Mercedes- Benz dealership, as General Manager, during the Covid-19 period, Pedro increased the revenue from 14M in 2019 to 30M€ in 2021, with the same resources.
Changing to the Caetano Baviera| BMW – Nasamotor | Mercedes-Benz, after 17 years, generated some doubt and uncertainty if he was up to guarantee the same results and success. So, after just two years, Pedro did it.
He's on a continuous path to improvement, and his consonance and ambition allowed Pedro to succeed professionally and personally. He's delighted and enthusiastic about life and what he has achieved, and he sincerely loves what he does, alongside his family and hobbies.
