HELPING BUSINESSES MAKE A SMOOTH DIGITAL TRANSITION INTO THE FUTURE

Luis is a curious and highly committed Engineer who brings a creative problem-solving mindset to organizations that seek to create strategies for the new digital era.

His career began in 2018 as an Industrialization Engineer for the Preh Group. Guided by his analytical and incredibly resourceful approach, Luis worked side-by-side with people from all over the world, responsible for the final improvements, installation, and commissioning of assembly lines in their final locations in Portugal, Mexico, and China. This experience bolstered Luis's resilience to perform under pressure, which improved his complex problem-solving skills.

Later on, Luis moved to the Quality department managing the company's relationships with some of its customers, such as Ford, and others in the commercial vehicle industry (such as John Deere or Claas). He was also responsible for managing the assertions made to the plant, which helped Luis evolve his communication skills through regular meetings with both his customers and the company's top management.

During this International MBA, Luis was part of a competition from PBS in the John Molson International Case Competition, in which his team was placed 2nd out of 30 competing schools.

His primary focus is to combine his acquired skills with his experience and deliver business value that boosts innovation.
