As a cross-skilled Project Manager with international affairs and digital transformation background, he is the product of a multi-cultural experience in diverse sectoral roles: from logistics and sales to management.

His professional path began in 2016 when he was exposed to CSR governance through an investigation contract in CentraRSE, Guatemala's corporate social responsibility promotion centre that fired in Estuardo a keenness for sustainable purposed organizations. He was introduced to logistics tech solutions as an optimization enabler while leading a client fee automation project for Cropa DVS Group. This experience later drove Estuardo to strengthen Ontec, a Chinese logistics partner based in Xiamen, with their strategic value proposition through concrete projects, which helped him improve his stakeholder management and digitalization skills.

Once he returned to Guatemala, Estuardo took a part-time entrepreneurship exercise as a Peruvian Pisco distributer to the HORECA industry while dabbling as a life insurance advisor to promote his customer relationship and time management skills.

In 2019, he accepted a new position as Senior Project Manager at Banco Agromercantil, Bancolombia's Guatemalan branch, where he supervised the Cybersecurity and Finances project portfolio with an average SPI of 70% at a corporate level displaying outstanding leadership and management skills.

Highly conscious about people as critical assets to any solution, he decided to enrol in this International MBA to balance his strategic, analytical, and intercultural fluency with his enterprising skills to focus on tech solutions that empower vulnerable populations creating inclusion and accessibility.
