Carlota is a people & goal-oriented, problem-solver Chemical Engineer whose mission is to reach operations efficiency alongside a motivated team.

She's incredibly driven by product and process efficiency. However, her true passion is working while dealing with people.

Carlota devotes her time to actively listening and trying to help others with problem-solving and making ideas work. She believes that her teamwork and critical thinking skills positively impact others, leading to great work environments, learning opportunities and successful business.

She builds ideas while talking and learns much faster this way too.

Carlota is an idealist that sometimes entices her colleagues and superiors with excitement to try new approaches or concepts to develop the business or increase production. At the same time, she uses some level of procedures and rules as guidance to effective operations.

Carlota currently works as a Production Manager responsible for optimizing operations efficiency, implementing Lean Manufacturing and the new layout of the factory.

In her spare time, she loves to socialize, practice Yoga, go to the beach and walk in nature to find energy for the day-to-day.
