Eurico is an energetic, cooperative, and entrusted leader who seeks to succeed and embrace any challenge with an optimistic approach. Throughout his life, he has received outstanding feedback for his positive attitude, work-life energy, results orientation and team management strategy from everyone he has interacted with while leading successful teams.

Owner of a solid career in the technology industry, he started as Product and Process Engineer, responsible for Preventive quality engineering in new product development, Leader of Q-problems and customer complaints while promoting and leading continuous improvement projects.

From 2013 to 2014, as a project manager of an international industrialization project, leading a team of eight people between Portugal and the Netherlands, Eurico implemented a new product line and ramped up production to a target market with an additional volume of 35T units per year for the home-based plant.

While as Manager of product and process quality assurance for four years and leader of a twelve member team in 2014, Eurico coordinated preventive quality engineering in new product development, Q-problems, and customer complaints in serial production, earning a Bosch Problem solving expert certification guaranteeing sustainable improvement of final test failures with a 30% reduction. Later on, he also managed engineering product quality mitigating critical technical risk in new product development and establishing a baseline for future company success in this role.

He then moved to a cross-functional position as a department manager with end-to-end responsibility for product life cycle management (ideas generation and assessment, innovation programs, new product development and series care) in 2020, leading 22 individuals, successfully launching three new product segments into the market, and achieving a 6% business growth in 2020 and 14% in 2021.

Since 2012, Eurico has adopted a healthier lifestyle, by making running a pivotal source of motivation for result orientation mindset. In the meantime, resilience made him succeed in several half marathons and a marathon, which he succeeded in 2013. Personal balance and learning are his habits.
