Miguel is a determined, analytical, detail-oriented executive with ability to solve complex problems and experienced o building high-performing teams.

After finishing a Master in Management, and with a degree in Civil Engineering, Miguel joined PwC where he built a solid career over the last 10+ years, where currently he is a Senior Manager and member of the Executive Management Team for the Global Innovation and Incentives Solutions business unit (BU).

As a consultant, Miguel worked, trained, and led fantastic teams that helped companies from many sectors develop, fund, and implement their business & and innovation strategies with long-term partnership agreements. He pushed and supported companies to become the most innovative in their sector and ultimately achieve market leadership by growing their output of innovative solutions in some cases by more than 300%. Noticeably, he was directly responsible for raising € 250+ million of external funding.

As a member of the Executive Management Team, Miguel held responsibilities in the business strategy, business development, performance management, key accounts management, and people management of the BU, contributing to an 80% growth in 5 years (within a mature business context). In 2020, he became the BU coordinator for planning and launching the Digital Transformation Program, where he designed the overall digital strategy and some of the development initiatives already being implemented. Prior to joining PwC, Miguel co-founded an ephemerous start-up that provided e-commerce solutions to SMEs in the retail space, where he was responsible for strategy design, sales and marketing.

In 2021, he felt it was finally time to take a sabbatical to do this International MBA. His main goal is to combine the skills acquired along this enriching journey to drive growth and innovation of a fast-paced company determined to positively impact our society.
