Soraia's career started In the Education field as a teacher in 2009, but in 2013 she shifted to the corporate business to work at the international Portuguese brand Parfois. From starting as a Service Desk Technician, to quickly moving up to IT Expansion and Continuous Improvement and, more recently, to IT Expansion and Service Desk Manager.

For the past five years, she's been managing store operations and providing IT support to Parfois stores worldwide while also in charge of new store openings, both nationally and internationally, as part of the company's expansion strategy.
