Ingred is an objective and direct manager who believes in the power of communication to create a trustful working environment that allows people to be themselves and build a powerful company.

Owner of an exciting and diverse background, she started competing as a professional ballet dancer at eight years old, ending her career in 2012. As a ballerina, Ingred learned to be a focused, resilient and determined human being, revealing to her the power of teamwork and how important it is to relate to people. While dancing for the Miami City Ballet, Ingred decided to start engineering school, and in her first years of college, she realized that she genuinely loves working with people.

Her career started in 2014 when she joined Comgas, Brazil's largest natural gas distributor with more than 2 million clients. Since then, she has been stepping up as an Intermediate Engineer Operational Efficiency and R&D towards Projects and Permitting Manager.

With a diverse background, working in ambiguous and pressured environments is what brings the best out of Ingred. As a manager, working on projects with the permitting team and understanding all stakeholder's needs were the most challenging and rewarding experiences she ever had.

Ingred is an engineer who believes that innovation is the key to a more prosperous future, so everything she does is motivated to change the future and find a balance between customers, stakeholders, and society's needs.

Inspired by an incredible life built from a mix of cultures, from ballet to living in the United States on an exchange program, Ingred was looking to engage with a new culture, so she decided to enrol in this International MBA. She is currently looking for opportunities in a global company that believes in diversity's power that will grant her the space to innovate and grow.
