Jorge is an assertive, goal-oriented professional with extensive experience leading international teams and projects who loves to get things done and make everyone involved.

He successfully led teams from the Netherlands to Norway, Denmark, India and Portugal, bringing a human touch to every work environment.

Jorge began his career as a development engineer optimizing products and equipment design. Later in 2016, he moved to the Netherlands to lead a design team and help build up one of the main components made for the dredging industry.

From 2018 until 2020, Jorge became the Lead Engineer at Vestas, fulfilling a significant role in the tools department, conceiving tools and processes for the transportation and installation of major turbine components.

In 2022, he became Offshore Tools Department Manager, where Jorge had the opportunity to apply his leadership skills by leading a remote international team in Denmark while in Portugal.

Jorge is a permanently curious individual, always thrilled to learn new things. He's eager to understand how things work and what can be done to improve.
