Pedro is an innovation enthusiast, passionate about ideation, solving problems, and developing new products and technology solutions for businesses through innovation to overcome customers' needs.

With a vast experience in international projects and portfolios in different manufacturing industries and global environments, he holds a unique positioning in research, resilience, and discovering new ways to make things happen.

More recently, Pedro made a bold boomerang career move supported by his immediate superiors. His passion for innovating, developing new products, creating and delivering value led Pedro to project management and to strive for team excellence.

He began his career in the two-wheeled and soft mobility industry at Polisport and progressed throughout eleven years to different roles in quality, engineering, and innovation with a collaborating and growth mindset. Pedro then embraced an international experience on WireCo, a worldwide group in the Maritime and Fishing industry, supporting the manufacturing scope and innovation leadership and developing new skills and expertise on multicultural teams. More recently, Pedro again embraced the two-wheeled and soft mobility, which it's expanding, in Innovation & Business Development to be part of Polisport and shape the future of mobility.

His unique motto is to lean on his remarkable ability to know what he wants to be and do in his life, making the right moves to make it happen. He often enjoys riding his bicycle to reenergize his focus and reflect on his following goals.

Pedro also values sharing and collaborating as a volunteer on social and community initiatives through the National Project Management Association. He is a family and people keeper who is extremely proud to be actively building a legacy for the next generations.
